Robert Rutlin Jr., a 20-year-old from Ladson, South Carolina, was tragically found dead on August 27, 2019. His body was discovered inside a burning vehicle near the Magnolia Bay Apartments on Highway 78. The Charleston County Coroner's Office confirmed that Rutlin died from a gunshot wound at approximately 10:15 p.m. on the scene.
