Qui’ontrez Moss, a 3-year-old boy from Sumter, South Carolina, tragically died on April 9, 2013. According to reports, the cause of death was an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident occurred at his home on Wildwood Drive. Sumter County Coroner Harvin Bullock ruled the death accidental, indicating that there was no foul play involved.
