Francisco Robles Perez, age 86, was last seen on October 17, 1994, in Fillmore, California. He had plans to travel to Mexico, intending to visit the cities of Chihuahua, Torreon, and Zacatecas. Francisco was dropped off in downtown Fillmore to catch a bus to Los Angeles, from where he was supposed to continue to Tijuana. Although he purchased a bus ticket, it remains unclear whether he ever boarded, as the bus company could not confirm its use.
