David Nelson Hammer Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Indian Land, South Carolina, tragically passed away on March 22, 2014. The incident occurred in the driveway of a home on Fort Mill Highway. According to reports, Hammer was shot by Douglas Jowers, a 57-year-old man who claimed self-defense.
