Juliet Noell Lynch, a 7-year-old girl from Gaston, South Carolina, tragically passed away on April 12, 2014. Juliet was attending a birthday party when a 5-year-old boy accidentally shot her. The boy had been trying to retrieve a toy gun from the trunk of a car but instead pulled out a real firearm, a FEG 7.62MM assault rifle, which discharged and struck Juliet in the chest.
