Ricardo Terell "Sisco" Sprinkle, aged 30, was tragically shot and killed on September 17, 2014, in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Sprinkle was found in his car, a Dodge Magnum, in the parking lot of the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a prolonged legal battle and investigation.
