In the summer of 2019, the life of Harold Caution Langley, a 26-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Known for his athletic abilities, especially in basketball, Langley was a beloved father, son, and brother with a promising future. On the evening of June 30, 2019, an apparent disagreement at a residence in Orangeburg escalated into a violent confrontation that would ultimately prove fatal for Langley.
