In the early morning hours of December 4, 2014, a domestic dispute in Florence, South Carolina, ended in the tragic death of 25-year-old Travis Darnell Francis. A male resident of the city, Francis was fatally shot at his home. The incident prompted a 911 call from his girlfriend, Shanasia Unique Garland, who was 23 years old at the time.
