Stephen Earl Wood Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Elgin, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 5, 2015. The incident occurred during a heated argument with his father, Stephen Earl Wood Sr., at their home. According to reports, the argument escalated when Wood Sr. attempted to evict his son from the house due to ongoing legal troubles. Wood Jr. had been arrested the previous month for assaulting his father and for failing to stop during a police chase.
