Thomas Keitt Jr., a 55-year-old resident of Elgin, South Carolina, was tragically murdered on January 15, 2020. His body was discovered behind his white Cadillac sedan near the Sand Mines in the area of Green Hill Road. The investigation revealed that Keitt had been lured to this location and subsequently shot twice in the head. His phone and wallet were missing from the scene, indicating a possible motive related to robbery.
