John B. Rhodes, a 28-year-old resident of Elgin, South Carolina, tragically passed away on September 23, 2017. According to reports, Rhodes was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred early that morning. The incident took place around 1:30 a.m. on Juniper Road in Elgin. Kershaw County Coroner David West confirmed Rhodes' identity and his untimely death.
