Jalin Tyler Palmer, a 17-year-old from Elgin, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2017. Jalin was a student at Ridge View High School, where he was well-liked by his peers and teachers. His untimely death occurred early Sunday morning at a home on Cherrywood Drive in Richland County.
