In the waning hours of Thanksgiving Eve in 2015, the life of 26-year-old Delvelceo Deontae Kirk was tragically cut short in Lancaster, South Carolina. On November 25th, Kirk was fatally shot while inside a car on Memorial Park Road, a violent end to a young life that left a family and community in mourning.
