Brandon Scott Spencer, a 17-year-old from Camden, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2016. The incident occurred during an attempted theft, where Spencer and another individual were trying to steal from a truck owned by Jimmy Methe. According to reports, Methe confronted the teens and, during the altercation, shot Spencer, resulting in his death.
