Chartay Latony Jeter, a 33-year-old resident of Greenville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2016. Jeter, affectionately known as "Tay," was born on February 3, 1983, in Union County, South Carolina. He was the son of Bonnie Jeter of Greer, SC, and the late Weldon Jeter. Chartay was a member of the Holy Trinity Anglican Catholic Church in Greenville and a 2001 graduate of Union High School.
