William H. Robinson, a 26-year-old resident of Blackville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2016. Known affectionately as "Shoe Shine," Robinson was found deceased in a yard on Falcon Street in Blackville during the early hours of that day. The Barnwell County Coroner, Lloyd Ward, ruled his death a homicide.
