In the early morning hours of March 31, 2016, the small town of Blackville, South Carolina, was rocked by the discovery of a young man's body in a yard on Falcon Street. The deceased was identified as William Henry Robinson Jr., a 26-year-old Black male known affectionately to his friends and family as 'Shoe Shine.'
