Deziyah Davis, a 9-year-old girl from Darlington, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 17, 2016. She was found shot to death alongside her grandmother, Denise Couplin, at their home on Bobo Newsome Highway. The investigation revealed that Cephas Cowick, a 25-year-old man, was responsible for their murders. Cowick had a history of working for Couplin and had even lived in her home temporarily.
