Jeffrey DeWitt Osborne, aged 47, passed away on September 28, 2016, at his residence in Townville, South Carolina. Born on July 8, 1969, in Anderson, South Carolina, Jeffrey was the son of Tommy and Patsy Osborne. He was a 1987 graduate of Westside High School and the proud owner of Osborne Poultry Farm. Jeffrey was survived by his wife, Tiffney Clark Osborne, and their three children, Marylee Osborne, Ryan Brock, and Jesse Osborne.
