Jonathan Palmer, a 31-year-old resident of Townville, SC, tragically lost his life on January 9, 2017. Palmer was found fatally wounded in a car at a Shell gas station located at I-85 and Highway 24 (exit 11) in the Townville area. Despite efforts to save him, including a Life Flight to AnMed Health Medical Center, Palmer succumbed to his injuries at the scene. According to the Anderson County Coroner, Greg Shore, Palmer had sustained a gunshot wound.
