Tiffany Dale Cartee, a 31-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on December 22, 2016. Cartee was fatally shot while in a moving vehicle on Bennett Dairy Road. The incident occurred around 6:07 p.m. when a 2003 Ford Expedition, in which Cartee was a passenger, crashed into a tree. Upon arrival, deputies found Cartee with a gunshot wound to her head.
