Christopher Mullen, a 30-year-old resident of Charleston, South Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on August 12, 2017. The incident occurred at approximately 8:40 a.m. near the intersection of Line and Nassau streets in downtown Charleston. Mullen, who had recently moved to Charleston from Bluffton, was transported to the Medical University of South Carolina, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
