In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in August 2017, the life of 20-year-old Brandon Logan Kilbourne, a male, was tragically cut short in Columbia, South Carolina. Just after midnight on August 15th, deputies from the Richland County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to the 4100 block of Hardscrabble Road after receiving a call about shots being fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered a gravely wounded Kilbourne, who had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body.
