In the quiet town of Summerville, South Carolina, the life of 26-year-old Quran Allen was tragically cut short on October 7, 2017. On that autumn day, deputies from the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of gunshots at a residence on Timber Lane. Inside, they discovered Allen deceased on a couch, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. There was no one else present at the home when law enforcement arrived.
