In the quiet community of Summerville, South Carolina, the life of 15-year-old Jose Manuel Nieto Jr. was tragically cut short in a shocking act of violence. On the morning of December 20, 2023, the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire at the Summer Creek Mobile Home Park. Upon arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
