On October 31, 2017, Stephen Hutchins, a 41-year-old resident of Summerville, South Carolina, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred at 603 Beauregard Road in the Sangaree area. Berkeley County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 911 calls reporting gunfire and a wounded individual at the location. Upon arrival, they found Hutchins deceased from an apparent gunshot wound inside a house riddled with bullet holes.
