Jarvis Omar Rush, a 34-year-old resident of Sumter, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2018. He was found shot to death in a grassy parking lot near a church on East Newberry Street around 10:30 a.m. that day. The Sumter County Sheriff's Office quickly launched an investigation into his death, which led to significant developments in the case.
