Mardarius Bailey, a 23-year-old resident of Rock Hill, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2018. The incident occurred in the afternoon on Adnah Church Road near Highway 5. According to reports, Bailey flagged down a state trooper for help after being shot. Despite the trooper's efforts to save him, Bailey succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
