Moises Ramon Montano, a 2-year-old child from Ridgeland, South Carolina, tragically passed away on August 16, 2018. Moises was the beloved son of Nelson Ramon Montano and Sandia M. Montano. On that fateful night, Moises was asleep in his home with his mother when he was fatally shot through the wall of their mobile home.
