Savon Quincy Scales, a 22-year-old resident of Burton, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2016, in Ridgeland, SC. According to reports, Scales was involved in an altercation with 26-year-old Anthony Barry Bolden Jr. on Old Bailey Road in Ridgeland. The confrontation escalated, leading Bolden to pull out a gun and fatally shoot Scales. Following the incident, Bolden fled the scene but later turned himself in to the Jasper County Detention Center.
