In the late summer of 2018, the life of 22-year-old Rockeiem Young was tragically cut short. A young man from the Longs community in Horry County, South Carolina, he was found deceased on September 26, 2018. The discovery was made in a ditch, and it was soon determined by the coroner that he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. His death was classified as a homicide, marking a violent end to a young life.
