Ashley Blackman, a 24-year-old woman from Hamer, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2018. The incident occurred in the Tall Pines community of Dillon County, specifically on Queen Court in Hamer. According to reports, Ashley was shot six times, including in the head, by her then-boyfriend, Jamel Dow.
