On a March day in 2019, the quiet community of Adams Run, South Carolina, was disturbed by a grim discovery. The body of 41-year-old Elizabeth D. Germany of Walterboro was found on the side of Parker's Ferry Road. It was shortly before noon on March 6th when a man searching for his dog came across her remains near the entrance of Miller's Boat Landing and immediately alerted Charleston County deputies.
