Quanisha Deshawn "Queenie" Fernanders, a 23-year-old resident of Roebuck, South Carolina, tragically passed away on August 3, 2019. She was found shot to death at her home on Baltimore Street in Spartanburg. The night before her death, she had been playing card games with her family, enjoying a seemingly normal evening.
