In the summer of 2019, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Quanisha Deshawn 'Queenie' Fernanders, a 23-year-old native of Spartanburg County, died on Saturday, August 3, 2019. A graduate of Spartanburg High School, she was an employee of Midway Residential Care and a member of Bountiful Blessings Church.
