In the early morning hours of October 27, 2019, a tragic incident cut short the life of 38-year-old Jared Darnell Singley, a male resident of Newberry, South Carolina. The fatal event unfolded in the crowded parking lot of the Hartford Community Center, where a large, unregulated party was taking place.
