Javoka Je'Kel Toland, a 22-year-old resident of Prosperity, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2019. Toland was found deceased in the parking lot of Valmont Industries in Newberry County, where he was employed. The Newberry County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 1 a.m. and discovered Toland's body. The Newberry County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead at the scene.
