On a cold December evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 41-year-old Mario Marks, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On December 27, 2018, Marks was inside a residence on Hemlock Street, near Algonquin Park, when he was stabbed multiple times. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m., leaving him in critical condition. Emergency services transported him to University Hospital, where he fought for his life for three days before succumbing to his injuries on the morning of December 30 ...
