Lanelle Dionysious Reed Jr., a 16-year-old from North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2020, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred late on a Saturday night when officers from the North Charleston Police Department responded to a shooting at a residence on Lakewood Drive. Upon arrival, they found Reed unresponsive on the ground outside the home.
