Donaisha Angelia Kelly, affectionately known as "DeeDee," was a 17-year-old from Walterboro, South Carolina. Born on November 18, 2002, she was a beloved member of her community, known for her bright smile and bubbly personality. Donaisha was only four credits shy of graduating from Colleton County High School and had dreams of becoming a pediatrician. Tragically, her life was cut short on April 22, 2020, when she was found deceased inside a vehicle on Francis Street in Walterboro.
