On the night of August 15, 2023, 27-year-old Mia Denise Tabb was fatally shot outside the Barrel House Grille in Walterboro, South Carolina. An argument that began inside the establishment continued into the parking lot, where Tabb was struck by a single gunshot fired from a vehicle.
