On May 18, 2024, in Walterboro, South Carolina, 43-year-old Alisha "Grammy" Gardner was tragically killed in a targeted shooting that also claimed the lives of her 2-year-old granddaughter, Asiyra Saige Cole, and 49-year-old Harvell Breland.
