Stephen Michael Seegars, a 30-year-old resident of Orangeburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2020, in Columbia, SC. The incident occurred early in the morning at the Rivers Edge Apartments, a housing complex primarily for University of South Carolina students.
