Darius Michael Hemingway, a 30-year-old resident of the Racepath community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2020. Hemingway was fatally shot at Allen's Food Basket, a local restaurant, during a violent incident that also left several others injured. The Horry County coroner confirmed that Hemingway died at the scene from his injuries.
