DeQuandre Rasheed Perry, an 18-year-old from Sumter, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2020. Born on December 23, 2001, DeQuandre was the son of Wilbert and Sarah Levy Perry, and the biological son of Debra Johnson and the late Clayton Perry. He passed away at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.
