Timothy George Milliken, a 45-year-old resident of Bluffton, South Carolina, was found dead in his home in the Westbury Park neighborhood on November 16, 2020. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 11:15 p.m. and discovered Milliken had died from gunshot wounds. His death was ruled a homicide, and an investigation was immediately launched.
