Paul Harts, known by his stage name 18Veno, was a promising young rapper from Rock Hill, South Carolina. Tragically, he was shot and killed on January 23, 2021, at the age of 19. The incident occurred during a botched marijuana drug deal. According to reports, 18Veno was selling marijuana to supplement his burgeoning music career when the deal went wrong. He was shot and later pronounced dead at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
