Mary Ann Bullock Elvington, an 80-year-old resident of Nichols, South Carolina, passed away on March 28, 2021. Her death was the result of a tragic and violent crime. Mary Ann was kidnapped from her home by Dominique Brand, a 31-year-old man from Marion, South Carolina.
