In the early morning hours of April 3, 2021, the life of 27-year-old Charles Richard 'Charlie' Fulk was tragically cut short in Columbia, South Carolina. A native of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, the young man was discovered deceased at the Shandon Crossing Apartments located on South Beltline Boulevard. The cause of his untimely death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the upper body. At the time of his passing, Fulk was a student at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, and was a ...
