Charles Richard "Charlie" Fulk, a 27-year-old from Graham, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021, in Columbia, South Carolina. The incident occurred at Shandon Crossing Apartments, located at 504 South Beltline Blvd., just off Rosewood Drive. According to reports from the Richland County Sheriff's Department, officers discovered Fulk's body around 6:30 a.m. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
