Joyce Ann Bennett, aged 57, tragically lost her life on June 11, 2021, in Sumter, South Carolina. She was found dead at the scene of a violent incident at her sister's former residence on Roxbury Court. The Sumter Police Department responded to a call regarding an assault around 8:15 p.m. that evening. Upon arrival, they discovered Joyce Ann Bennett deceased and her sister, Lorraine Doretha Bennett, severely injured.
