In the summer of 2021, the quiet community of Clover, South Carolina, was disturbed by a grim discovery. On July 8th, the body of Steven Kyle Faris, a 35-year-old Caucasian male, was found inside a tractor-trailer container on a property located on Twin Streams Lane. The York County Sheriff's Office was initially called to the area regarding a suspicious person, a call that would lead them to the tragic scene.
It was soon determined that Faris had been the victim of a homicide, having been fatally shot. The day after his discovery would have been his 36th birthday.

A third suspect, 38-year-old Yevonne Nicole Price, was arrested shortly after. She faced charges of murder and criminal conspiracy.
