In the quiet, upscale area of Lake Wylie, South Carolina, a beloved figure in the community met a tragic and violent end. Jesse Campbell, a 64-year-old male, was found dead in his home on Pine Moss Lane on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. His death was the first homicide of the year in York County. An employee, concerned after Campbell missed a doctor's appointment and failed to show up for work, discovered his body on the kitchen floor. Campbell had been shot.
